In addition to working with our Realtor colleagues, the firm assists clients interested in selling their property independently. The firm prepares appropriate agreements, disclosures and ultimately assists in the closing of the transaction.

The firm offers full scale abstracting and opinions of title which clients often take advantage of when researching properties for investment or purchase out of the County tax or Sheriff sales.
