Amy E. Molloy, Esquire
Amy E. Molloy, Esquire is a native of Grove City, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University – University Park, with a Bachelor of Science from the Smeal College of Business. Attorney Molloy received her law degree from Valparaiso School of Law located in Valparaiso, Indiana.
I enjoy getting know my clients and being involved in the lives of my family and friends. My practice will focus on the community that I live and the greater surrounding areas (Mercer County, Butler County, Venango County & Lawrence County) with all courthouses within 30 minutes drive. I will plan to focus on areas like real estate, estate planning, estate administration and general business representation.

Prior to opening Molloy Law, LLC, Attorney Molloy practiced for more than 11 years as an associate and ultimately a Partner at S.R. Law, LLC, handling cases related to real estate, estate planning, estate administration and business related matters. Prior to this experience, Attorney Molloy served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Christopher J. St. John of the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas.
Alissa Jordan, Esquire
Alissa Jordan, Esquire, is a resident of Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, a Master’s in Health and Human Services from Youngstown State University, and a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State.
Before joining Molloy Law, Alissa served in senior legal and compliance roles, including as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in the private sector. Her career has spanned healthcare, technology, and service industries, with a focus on legal operations, risk management, and ethical leadership. She has also been a featured speaker at national conferences, sharing insight on regulatory compliance, ethics, and organizational strategy.
I’m honored to be a part of this talented team and bring my experience and expertise in the legal field to the firm and its clients. Estate planning is a deeply personal area of practice, and I enjoy building lasting relationships with clients while continuing to grow as an attorney.
