This includes guidance through Pennsylvania’s probate process, advice related to preparing and filing a Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return and ultimately administering assets (or paying creditors) of their loved ones.  This process often includes assistance with the sale of real estate, the transfer of accounts and orderly preparation of materials required by state law.

The firm assists clients to remain compliant with the many deadlines associated with estate administration. 

The Firm also assists in the administration of trust assets as required by Pennsylvania’s Uniform Trust Act.
